Internal Complaint Committee

Internal complaint committee of Raak arts and Science College of Nursing ensures to provide a safe and confidential platform for all to raise concerns about any form of harassment or discrimination in the workplace. The committee takes necessary steps for investigating complaints, taking appropriate action to address issues, and ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment for all employees. Additionally, the committee also provides support and guidance to employees who have experienced harassment or discrimination, and helps to prevent future incidents through awareness and training programs. Ultimately, the goal of the internal complaint committee is to promote a culture of respect, diversity, and equality within the organization.
