Mr. R. Pradap, Assistant professor & HOD, Department of BBA wrote a paper Titled “The impact of Employee Engagement on Organization Performance: An Analysis of Key Psychological Traits and Business Outcomes” published in the International Journal of Management and Economic invention and will be indexed in Scopus.

Workshop on ” Health and Well- being, Mental wellness

The Department of MSW conducted a workshop on ” Health and Well- being, Mental wellness, led by Ms. Kalivani V, Consultant Psychologist, and Ms. Lokhitha Kamachi, counsellor from TYCL NGO. The afternoon session focused on female health and Challanges, conducted by Dr. Leena Jerine, Seniour Obstetrician & Gynecologist, and Dr. Aby Suman from Malthi Clinic, Puducherry.
The workshop was inagurated by Dr. Ravichandran. A, Director of RAAK Group of Institutions with a presidential address by principal Dr.H. Anwer Basha. The welcome speech was given by Dr. G. Senthilnathan, Vice principal, while the feedback session and vote of thanks were delivered by Dr. Soumya Devasia, Head of the MSW Department. Prof. Arun Gunalan, Dean of RAAK Institutions, provided support for the program. MSW faculties and students Orgnized this event.

Technovate for India project is a landmark initiative by The Times of India in association with Talrop, which is dedicated to sparking innovation and empowering the youth of India.
